RECCO SURGICAL, have comprehensive range of horizontal autoclaves for BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT. Cylindrical/Rectangular Horizontal autoclave will be front loading and in Horizontal shape with triple layer with self steam generator or boiler. These high pressure front loading autoclaves play important role in BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT procedures required in hospitals and in BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT plants etc.

RECCO SURGICAL BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT autoclave units are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance surface. Tipple walled construction ensures excellent level of safety. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. Water level indicator is also attached to the boiler with automatic low water cut-off.

User can easily set the desired temperature with the help of digital controller/HMI fitted on the front side of the unit. we provide radial locking pressure door with silicon gas kit. we use automatic pressure control switch and user easly can set temperature by Digital Controller. our machine work with pressure between 15-34 PSI.

Our BIO-MEDICAL WASTE TREATMENT autoclaves chamber and boiler are Hydraulic tested on 66 PSI.
