RECCO SURGICAL, have comprehensive range of Fully automatic Rectangular horizontal autoclaves. Fully automatic Rectangular horizontal autoclave will be front loading, with PLC/HMI Based and in Horizontal shape with triple layer with boiler. These high pressure front loading autoclaves play important role in sterilization procedures required in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biopharma and microbiology laboratories etc.
This autoclave will be used in sterilization of wrapped instruments, unwrapped instruments, glassware, liquids, metal instruments, culture medium and laboratory purpose.

RECCO SURGICAL horizontal autoclave units are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance surface. Tipple walled construction ensures excellent level of safety. Boiler is fitted separately and connected to the chamber. Water level indicator is also attached to the boiler with automatic low water cut-off.

User can easily set the desired temperature with the help of digital controller fitted on the front side of the unit. we provide radial locking pressure door with silicon gas kit. we use automatic pressure control switch and user easly can set temperature by Digital Controller. our machine work with pressure between 15-34 PSI.

Our Horizontal autoclaves chamber and boiler are Hydraulic tested on 66 PSI.
